And that’s a wrap, Kittens. 2021’s stash tracking is complete.

While still a very large amount of stash in, 2021 was at least a bit better than 2020 in that regard. I’m finally in a place where I’m slowing down and not buying every single thing that catches my fancy to soothe myself, so that’s a start. I feel pretty confident that 2022 is going to be a year of culling stash I’m not going to use and working through some of what I have.

How about you? How did you fare in 2021 if you track these things? Did some beautiful things enter your stash? Perhaps they’ve already been worked up into a loved project. Do you have any plans for 2022? Or are you playing it by ear?

Take care and stay healthy, kittens.

XO,
Amanda

That’s a wrap, Kittens! In a few hours, 2021 will be gone forever, and 2022 is looming on the horizon.

It was a good year for yarny crafting, and December ushered it out with a bang. I worked on many small projects this month, plus nearly finished a long term scrap blanket, where just under half this month’s yardage came from.

My only knitting goal for 2021 was to knit something every month: I managed this in December and ten out of twelve months this year. And that’s okay. I made so many lovely things this year, and I’m excited to see what 2022 has in store for me. (Maybe I’ll blog about this in the near future, as I’d love more content for this page that isn’t only tallies and podcast episodes. Let’s bring back blogging in 2022. Sounds good, yeah?)

What about you, kitten? How did your 2021 end? Do you have plans for 2022? Maybe something in particular you’re focusing on?

Happy 2022, Kittens.

Take care of yourselves and each other.

XO,
Amanda
