Episode 88: Shorty

Episode 88: Shorty

Today is a quick one again: working on pretty much only one project will do that. I made a lot of progress on my Mama Vertebrae, but it wasn’t enough to get it done for Rhinebeck. My new goal is to have it finished before 31 October. I did sneak in a few minutes for my Momijigari socks, my Three Waters Farm spin, and I found time to take a field trip to the Little York Fiber Festival to have a visit with the lovely Renee of Spun Right Round.

2014 Stashdown: Q3

2014Stashdown

So quarter 3 ended up being a rough one for me: I ended up at twice as much yarn in as out this quarter. I’m not going to let it bother me as I have some big projects planned to come out of stash in the final quarter of the year. And I’m not going to regret making a few purchases at a fiber festival or trying out some new-to-me indies. There’s always next quarter and as far as the year goes, I’m still very green.

Onward to better things!

Episode 86: Sigh of Relief

Today I talk about what’s been going in my life a little bit before I get into the main show.  I finished my Kiddy Vertebrae, cast on new socks, have plans to cast on all the things, and show you some pretties that showed up at my house.  Full show notes can be found at sewknitpicky.net, and we would love to see you in the Knot A Podcast Ravelry group!
