Episode 103: Hipster Lumberjack Dwarves

Today’s another quickie episode, kittens! I have one knitting WIP to share, some delicious handspun, and a lot of cross stitch…including some dwarves that remind me of hipster lumberjacks. February has come in roaring (wrong month, I know), but I hope you all have been keeping warm and cozy while crafting! January 2015: Wrap-Up

Yardage Totals 2015:
January: 968yds
February:
March:
April:
May:
June:
July:
August:
September:
October:
November:
December:
2015 Totals: 968yds or .55 miles

I had hoped to break the 1,000yd mark, but I will take a yardage number that high for January!  My month seemed very long and was a blur; up until the time of tallying, I was convinced I really hadn’t knit anything in the entire month.  You can imagine my relief as I realized that I really had been knitting in January and made some pretty substantial progress on a couple of my projects.

January started off warmer than average and was quickly plunged into frigid temps by this year’s bout of artic air vortexes.  I’ve found it’s easier to spin and cross stitch while encased in blankets than it is to knit.  February is all ready picking up where January left off, so I’m hoping to be nearly as productive and keep moving forward with all of my crafts!

I hope January treated you all kindly, kittens!  Here’s to a productive February!
